ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, January 9. Turkmenistan has steadily maintained a high rate of imports of mechanical and electrical products from Germany since 2018, which is one of the main parts of imports, the source at Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, told Trend.
Turkmenistan's imports of mechanical and electrical products from Germany last year amounted to 80.36 million euros, which is 3 percent more than in 2018, when it amounted to 77.99 million euros.
Moreover, there is an obvious increase in trade turnover, since Turkmenistan's imports of mechanical and electrical products from Germany from 2018 through 2022 amounted to more than 377.25 million euros.
The largest volume of Turkmenistan's imports of mechanical and electrical products from Germany in recent years fell in 2019, which amounted to 89.73 million euros.
