BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 23. The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Bulgaria has been rising and falling for 6 years, reaching the lowest value last year, the source at Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, told Trend.
The total trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Bulgaria in 2023 amounted to about 4.8 million euros, which is 48.4 percent less than in 2018 (9.3 million euros).
Turkmenistan and Bulgaria have been actively supporting mutually beneficial trade in recent years, the total volume of which exceeded 86million euros from the beginning of 2018 to the end of 2023.
The largest trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Bulgaria over these years occurred in 2021 (31.7 million euros), and the smallest - in 2023 (4.8 million euros).
