Andrei Denisov highly estimates Russian-Turkmen relations

(turkmenistan.ru) Speaking yesterday at the official reception hosted by the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of independence of Turkmenistan, Russian first deputy minister of foreign affairs Andrei Denisov said Moscow and Ashgabat maintain effective bilateral relations in accordance with the interests of the friendly peoples.

The first deputy minister of foreign affairs of Russia highly estimated foreign policy strategy pursued by Ashgabat which is based on neutrality and non-interference in internal affairs of other countries, reports Trend.

"Russia respects Turkmen neutral status and attaches great importance to the development of mutually beneficial economic partnership and participation of Russian companies in joint projects with Turkmenistan," Andrei Denisov said.
