There are plans to introduce a single electronic system for ticket sale using blockchain technology in the institutions of culture and art of Uzbekistan, the Uzbek media reported citing a presidential decree.
Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev instructed the Ministry of Culture to submit a draft resolution, which envisages introduction of the new system and the procedure for its operation, to the government until the end of October.
The document should also contain measures for the shift of all cultural and art institutions of Uzbekistan to the mandatory use of automatic systems for the sale, registration and verification of tickets.
Also, the document will enshrine the steps to organize free issuance and sale of tickets with the use of ticket devices and autonomous printing devices by distributors.
