The volume of production at the Tashkent Agricultural Machinery Plant JSC has increased from 5 to 40 units of machinery per day since July 2020, Trend reports referring to the press service of the company.

Agricultural production occupies a significant place in the economy of Uzbekistan. Modern and high-performance agricultural equipment is required for timely sowing, harvesting, transportation, and high-quality production of agricultural products for the agro-industrial complex, including agricultural machinery produced at the Tashkent Agricultural Machinery Plant (TAMP).

The company specializes in the production of tractors, cotton pickers, and trailers, as well as spare parts for them.

The main consumers of the manufactured equipment are local farms and agricultural producers of Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan.

At the moment, the serial production of TAMP JSC is in demand in the domestic market and accounts for more than 80 percent of Uzbekistan's market share.

The main goal of all employees of the plant is to equip the market of Uzbekistan and neighboring countries with modern agricultural machinery that meets international quality standards.

The TAMP was transferred to the trust management of Uzavtosanoat JSC in July 2020. Thanks to cardinal changes in the technological process, internal logistics, and management over the past period, significant results have been achieved. The production volume was increased from 5 to 40 vehicles per day.
