Total amount of the liabilities of Uzbek banks reached 339.3 billion soums ($31.8 million) by the end of September 2021, Trend reports via the Central Bank of Uzbekistan.
The volume of liabilities of state banks amounted to 280 billion soums ($26.2 million) from January through September 2021, compared to the same period over the last year 229.2 billion soums ($21.5 million), increased by 22 percent.
Total liabilities for non-state banks amounted to 59.2 billion soums ($5.5 million) from January through September 2021, increased by 33 percent.
For comparison, for the same period over 2020, liabilities of non-state banks amounted to 44.3 billion soums ($4.1 million).
