The trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan amounted to $96.3 million within January through October 2021, Trend reports referring to the State Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
According to the committee, the export of products from Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan amounted to $61.2 million.
This figure increased by 35 percent compared to the indicator for same period last ($45.3 million).
For the corresponding period, the imports from Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan amounted to $35.1 million.
Uzbekistan exported 6,900 tons of fruits and vegetables worth $8.1 billion to Azerbaijan in 10 months of 2021. Also, during this period, textile products were exported in the amount of $15.7 billion.
