Uzbekistan exported silk from January through November 2021 worth $9.2 million, which is a 4.7 times increase compared to the beginning of the year ($1.9 million), Trend reports citing the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
During this period, export of leather goods increased by 2.26 times in comparison to the beginning of 2021 ($345,800), reaching $783,800.
The export of wool from Uzbekistan for 11 months of 2021 increased by 2.5 times in comparison to the beginning of the year ($23,700), reaching $61,400.
From January through November 2021, export of natural and artificial fur amounted to $26,800.
The export of cotton during the corresponding period amounted to $185.5 million, which is an increase by 51.1 times compared to January 2021 ($122.7 million).
