The Bukhara oil refinery of Uzbekistan produced 391,900 tons of ecological diesel fuel in 2021, Trend reports citing the press service of Uzbekneftegaz JSC.
In 2020, the oil refinery produced 843,900 tons of fuel. This was the highest amount of fuel produced in a year within the 23-year history of the plant.
Next year, the volume of gasoline produced by the oil refinery increased by 874,900 tons in 2021.
The Bukhara oil refinery, which is located in the country’s Bukhara region has a processing capacity of 2.5 million tons of oil and gas condensate per year. It specializes in production of motor gasoline, diesel fuel, hydrocarbon solvent, fuel oil, liquefied gas and sulfur.
