BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 12. Uzbekistan has exported 5,800 tons of peanuts to 23 countries in the amount of $6.8 million from January through March 2022, Trend reports via Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
Peanut exports decreased by 1,400 tons compared to the corresponding period last year.
During this period, most of the peanuts were exported to Kazakhstan in the amount of 1,300 tons, followed by Azerbaijan (1,200 tons), Russia (572 tons), and China (523 tons).
Uzbekistan exported 4,200 tons of peanuts to 22 countries in the amount of $4.8 million from January through February 2022.
