BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Uzbekneftegaz JSC put into operation a new gas pipeline with a length of 4.3 km and a diameter of 168 mm and a gas pre-treatment unit at the Northern Shodi field, Trend reports via the company’s statement.
As a result of the commissioning of this unit and the gas pipeline, daily additional production of natural gas from the field was achieved.
The Northern Shodi gas condensate field is located in the Alat district of the Bukhara region.
Previously, Uzbekneftegaz JSC put into operation a gas pipeline with a length of 4.2 km and a diameter of 168 mm from the Severnaya Suzma and Chakkakum fields to the Urtakum primary gas treatment unit.
As a result of the expansion work on the natural gas pipeline, a daily production of 50,000 cubic meters of natural gas and 1 ton of condensate was achieved.
