BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 30. Uzbekneftegaz JSC completed repair work at well No.1 of the Chetkum gas condensate field, Trend reports citing the press service of the company.
The Chetkum field is located in the Karakul district of Uzbekistan’s Bukhara region.
As a result, an industrial gas flow of 80,000 cubic meters of gas and 2 tons of gas condensate per day was obtained.
A perforation of well No.1 was carried out (2345-2335, 2330-2325, 2322-2319, 2312-2307 meters).
Recently, Uzbekneftegaz JSC completed repair work at well No.60 of the Dayahatyn field (the country’s Bukhara region). As a result of repair work, an industrial gas flow of 90,000 cubic meters of gas and 2.3 tons of gas condensate per day was obtained.
Furthermore, in March 2023, the company discovered a new gas field in the country’s Kashkadarya region and drilled well No.1 in the field. Following the drilling work, from a depth of more than 3000 meters, an industrial gas flow of 100,000 per day was obtained.
