TASHKENT, Uzbekistan, July 10. Deutsche Bank AG, a German multinational investment bank and financial services company, is preparing a concept project for the creation of an electronic platform to facilitate information exchange with Uzbekneftegaz JSC, a state-owned holding company of Uzbekistan's oil and gas industry, Trend reports.
The issue was discussed at the meeting between the representatives of Uzbekneftegaz and Deutsche Bank AG held in Tashkent.
In the future, this platform will serve as a venue for discussing financial instruments offered by the bank to enhance the attractiveness of Uzbekistan's investment market and attract investors.
The delegation of the German bank was acquainted with the projects currently implemented by Uzbekneftegaz, the transformation processes, and the results of the ongoing reforms aimed at achieving economic stability.
The bank presented analytical data on the risk assessment of credit projects, the current status of the syndicated credit project for financing promising projects, and the Eurobonds issued by Uzbekneftegaz on the international financial market.
Following the negotiations, the parties expressed their interest in expanding cooperation and financing joint projects.
