At the meeting, NPCI representatives delivered a presentation on India's digital payment systems, highlighting the distinctive attributes of the NPCI payment system, its widely used and user-friendly services, the newest technological advancements, and adherence to cybersecurity standards.

The parties chewed the fat about ways to enhance Uzbekistan’s payment system and laid the groundwork for cooperation and sharing of know-how in the realm of cyber security development.

At the end of the meeting, the parties decided to keep the ball rolling on the topics discussed.

In addition, Uzbekistan's National Interbank Processing Center (HUMO) and Korean BC Card signed an agreement on mutual integration of the two payment systems which means that the cardholders will be able to make payments in South Korea and Uzbekistan with the convenience of exclusively using domestic cards.
