By intensifying pressure on Teheran in connection to its nuclear program, the United States will not be able to force Iran to its knees, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the Iranian religious leader and head of the Islamic Republic, stated to Mohammad el-Baradei, IAEA General Director who was on a visit to Teheran.
"Americans thought that by imposing pressure on the country in connection to the nuclear program, they could break our country. However, Americans cannot force Iran to its knees by imposing any pressure," Khamenei said.
According to Khamenei, contradictions between Iran and the United States exceed the nuclear program, RIA NEWS reports.
