46.2 mln Iranians have suffrage

Some 46.2 million people have suffrage in Iran, the ISNA reported.

According to chairman of the Central Elections Commission (CEC) of Iran Kamran Daneshchu, 386 constituencies will function during the presidential elections in Iran in 2009. 

He added that presidential candidates will be able to launch election campaign May 22-June 10. The election campaign will end on May 11. The presidential elections will be held on June 12. The election process will last ten hours, but if necessary the process will be extended, he said.
