"The Iranian people are not satisfied with the current situation in the international arena and Iran is against monopolization and hegemony. We will struggle against such attitudes and will seek to establish new relations," Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmedinejad, said at a news conference on Sept. 7, IRINN reported.

Ahmedinejad added that the new government has new proposals concerning the current developments in the world. "Iran has logical proposals to solve the problems in Afghanistan, Iraq and Palestine, as well as the economic crisis. Further, we have the solution to changing the un-democratic and unjust resolutions of the UN Security Council," Ahmedinejad said.

Ahmadinejad urged the West and U.S. to change their attitude and behavior. "If they change their attitudes, the Iranian people will support this step," Ahmadijead said.
