Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday blasted massacre of people in different parts of the world by the western powers, saying that the West's liberalism and humanism school of thought has yielded no other result but these manslaughters, Fars news agency reported.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Wednesday blasted massacre of people in different parts of the world by the western powers, saying that the West's liberalism and humanism school of thought has yielded no other result but these manslaughters, Fars news agency reported.

"Liberalism and Humanism have raised beautiful mottos like human rights, democracy and respect for humanity but they have resulted in the vastest massacres in the history, and all of them have happened under the cover of such mottos," President Ahmadinejad said, addressing Iranian elites in the country's Northwestern province of Zanjan today.

He lashed out at the performance of the capitalistic system, adding that western states are deploying their military forces in other states to save their own economies.

Elsewhere, the Iranian president pointed to the West's animosity towards the Islamic Republic during the past three decades since the victory of the Islamic Revolution, and said the western powers are deeply fearful of Iran's Islamic Revolution and ideology.

"If they find the chance to hit a blow at the Iranian nation, they will do it but they don't have the chance ...," Ahmadinejad noted.

Also on Tuesday, Ahmadinejad strongly criticized the world powers for mismanaging the world affairs, and said that their wrongdoings have created numerous problems and crises for the world nations.

The Iranian president has always underlined the necessity and need for the establishment of a new world order, saying that the current unjust order has failed to resolve global problems and, thus, reached its end.
