The agreement calls for the development of joint housing projects and confirming financing solutions for the projects.

The agreement has six articles and covers subjects including housing, urbanization, architecture, real estate and energy efficiency.

Other issues brought up in the agreement are the restoration of old urban structures and the establishment of shopping and services centers.

The transfer of know-how in the field of constructing earthquake resistant buildings, usage of modern building material, speed building with regard to pre-fabricated houses and industrial building are other issues mentioned in the accord.
