The First International Specialized Seminar of Iran and the Silk Road will open here at the Iran National Museum on Saturday.
Head of the National Museum of Iran Azadeh Ardakani told IRNA on Friday that 30 Iranologists and Silk Road studies researchers both from Iran and abroad will attend the meeting.
Ardakani said the participants will based on the latest evidence discuss the historical role and position of Iran in the Silk Road.
