Assistant Secretary of Russian Security Council Yevgeny Lukyanov is expected to officially visit Tehran soon, Tehran's Ambassador to Moscow Reza Sadjadi said, ISNA reported.
Sadjadi noted that Lukyanov is expected to meet high ranking Iranian officials, among which are Deputy Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Ali Bagheri and Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi.
Lukyanov is expected to discuss such issues in Iran as situation in Afghanistan, Syria issue, regional questions, and questions regarding Iran's nuclear program.
