Iran's Khazar Sea Shipping Lines transported 1.7 million tonnes of goods across the Caspian Sea last year (Iran's solar year ended on March 19).
The figure shows a 17.3 percent increase over the year before when the shipping lines transported a little more than 1.1 million tonnes of goods.
Khazar Sea Shipping Lines claimed 30 percent of the loading and offloading operations in Iran's northern ports.
