Speaking at the Iran's main army academy, The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said that the retarded enemies of Iran are forced to do crazy things, since they are unable to withstand the Islamic Awakening, Mehr reported.
Khamenei was referring to the controversial anti-Islam film "Innocent Muslims", that has caused an outrage and protests throughout the whole Muslim world.
Speaking to the graduating officers, Khamenei noted that leaders of nations that follow anti-Islamic policies should prevent the actions that insult Prophet Mohammed, and prove that they have nothing to do with this crime.
"Silly enemies of Islam who try to confront the great Iranian nation and the Islamic awakening are forced to do crazy things, such as the one we've witnessed," Khamenei said.
Further on, Khamenei spoke of the freedom of speech in Western countries.
"In many Western countries no one dares to raise concerns about the Holocaust, and the issue of homosexuality is not openly bashed," he said. "How come then insulting Islam is allowed? These countries have no freedom of expression."
The Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution underscored that people are sick of American nation, and that when such crime occurs, as the one with the anti-Islamic film, the public anger increases.
"Without a doubt, the sun of Islam will shine in the face of arrogant powers, and the victory will be on the side of Islam," Khamenei noted.
