Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: Unity, only way to solve Muslims, world nations’ problems

IRI president said here Wednesday night elaborated on some world problems in a meeting with Pakistani political, religious, scientific and researcher elites, considering unity sole way for solving problems of world Muslims and entire nations.

According to the dispatched IRNA presidential affairs reporter to the Islamabad D8 Summit, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said that the people of Pakistan are a very great and justice seeking nation in the eyes of the Iranians.

He added, "The international problems need to be solved by seeking their root causes. My question is whether the situation in other parts (of the world) is better than that in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Gaza, and Palestine? Are the people in Europe leading healthy lives?"

The Iranian political leader added, "The peoples in Europe, America, and the entire human society are leading lives under unjust conditions and despotism, and they are all fed up with such conditions."

The president pointed out that the human being is a creature with a divine innate nature whose axis is monotheism and capable of acquiring the entire goodnesses and aspects of perfection, reiterating, "Justice is the only way through which the human beings can achieve wellbeing and perfection, since without justice the talents of the human beings would not blossom, and the second mission of every Divine Prophet (P), too, was establishment of justice."

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad arrived in Islamabad Wednesday to participate in Summit of Developing-8 Group due to be held on November 22nd.

The Iranian President was received by Federal Minister for Textile Industry Makhdoom Shahabuddin at Pakistani capital city's Nur Khan Airbase.

Pakistan's Ambassador to Iran Khalid Aziz Babar, Iran's Ambassador to Pakistan Ali-Reza Haghighian, and other senior officials and diplomats were also present on the occasion.

Intelligence Minister Heydar Moslehi, Senior Advisor to President Mojtaba Samareh Hashemi, Vice-President Hamid Baqa'ie and Head of the Presidential Office Esfandiar Rahim Masha'ie are accompanying the Iranian President during his Islamabad visit.

The D-8 consists of eight Muslim developing countries including the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, Egypt and Nigeria.

The D-8 is an international treaty formed for the purpose of strengthening economic relations among the member countries in order to influence the global markets.
