Russia considers it necessary to conduct a new round of negotiations of 'The Six' and Iran in the near future, and Almaty may become the meeting place, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said in an interview to RIA Novosti.
"We have always said and I confirm once again that the venue is secondary for Russia. We should stop at what would be acceptable for all the parties. If we were able to spend two fairly good, rich and efficient rounds in Almaty, why not continue there, especially considering that we know and this was declared officially, that our Kazakh partners offer such an option," he said.
"As for the terms, the sooner the better," the senior diplomat said.
