Iran calls for international cooperation in fight against terrorism

Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has called for international cooperation in the fight against terrorism, the IRNA News Agency reported on January 13.
He made the remarks in the Lebanese capital, Beirut, as part of his regional tour which will also take him to Jordan, Syria and Iraq.
"Regional countries including Iran, Lebanon, Syria and Saudi Arabia are victims of terrorism and Takfiri ideology," he said.
Zarif arrived in Lebanon as the head of a political and parliamentary delegation.
The Iranian top diplomat has already held talks with Lebanese President Michel Suleiman.
He also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Hezbollah resistance movement in Beirut.
