IRGC commander: Iranians not afraid of enemyˈs threats
Lieutenant Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Brigadier General Hossein Salami underlined the preparedness of the Iranian Armed Forces to repel the enemyˈs possible threats, IRNA reported.
ˈThe brave nation of Islamic Iran is not afraid of the enemyˈs threats and sanctions and it will continue to its progress proudly,ˈ Brigadier General Salami said, addressing a gathering of seminaries in Qom on Thursday night.
He pointed out that Iranˈs eye-catching advances in different political, economic, military and scientific areas that has amazed the enemies of the cynics of the Islamic system has surely been achieved by relying on God and due to the wisdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Brigadier General Salami pointed to the enemiesˈ plots, and said, ˈToday the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is so calm as a regional power and in a surrounding atmosphere that is insecure and instable.
