The lower house of the French parliament passed the bill penalizing denial of the so-called Armenian genocide.
After the debates continuing three and a half hours, 127 French parliamentarians voiced in favor of adopting the law, and 19 parliamentarians voiced against its adoption, Medimax agency reports.
