(IRNA) - Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Mohammad- Ali Hosseini on Thursday ruled out accusations by certain Argentinian judiciary officials and said, "The Islamic Republic Iran has itself been the victim of different terrorist actions, sustaining many human losses and hefty financial and spiritual damage."

Referring to ample evidence of financial and other corruption surrounding the Argentine Judge, Galliano, and also a ruling by a senior British judge which exonerated Iran's former ambassador to Argentina, clearing him of any involvement in the AMIA bombing case, and also Interpol's confirmation that the Iranian diplomat has not been involved, Hosseini said all the proofs show baselessness of the claims, alleging Iran of any sort of involvement.

Hosseini pointedly remarked that Argentina's judiciary should really refrain from repeating the mistakes of the past, and base their comments and judgments on independent evidence in this case, reports Trend.

Hosseini stressed that these accusations are intended to cause a rift between the Argentine people and government, and are also intended to counter the anti-Zionist climate/mood amongst Argentineans following the Israeli regime's military aggression and wholesale massacre of innocent Palestinian and Lebanese civilians.

Hosseini stressed that the Islamic republic of Iran wants the perpetrators of a terror attack against Iran's charge d'affaires in Buenos Aires to be arrested and brought to book in a court of law.
