(IRNA) - Germany's Ambassador to Tehran Herbert Honsowitz said that his country wants peaceful solution for Iran's nuclear dossier and will support the issue.
Speaking in the European Union Bureau in Tehran on the occasion of beginning of Germany's rotating chairmanship on the EU, the ambassador asked Iran to pay more attention to Javier Solana proposal concerning solving Iran's nuclear dossier, reports Trend.
He added the proposal can be an appropriate start for solving Iran's N-case. Honsowitz said during Germany chairmanship on the EU, "we try to use Iran's cooperation potentials with EU," adding promotion of ties between Iran and European Union is necessary and Germany emphasizes such relations.
The ambassador concluded Germany, during its presidency on EU, will be following establishment of stability in the Middle East and will try in this concern.
