Iran-Russia Joint Economic Commission will hold a meeting Nov.13 in Tehran, Shana news agency reported.
Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and Iranian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mahmoud Vaezi who are the co-chairs of the Russia-Iran Joint Economic Commmission, would lead the meeting.
During the meeting, a range of issues including energy, industry, agriculture, banking, transportation, education, aerospace and animal husbandry would be discussed.
Iran and Russia plan to increase the trade turnover to about $10 billion. The figure was about $4 billion, before Iran got hit by sanctions in 2012, but it plunge d to $1 billion in 2013 and raised back up to $2.2 billion in 2015.
