The main index of Iran Fara Bourse, an over-the-counter market for securities and other financial instruments based in Tehran, lost 0.53 points or 0.06 percent to end trade at 915.57 on the last trade day of the current week.
According to its website, about 221 million securities valued at $41.65 million were traded on Wednesday.
Esfahan Steel Company experienced the highest number of traded shares, as 38 million of its shares changes hands.
In the meantime, Atieh Dadeh Pardaz accounted for the highest trade value by trading shares worth $2.08 million.
Shahdab Nab Khorasan Company, Saman Insurance and Alvand Housing Investment were among the companies with the highest value increase.
On the other hand, Tadbirgaran Fars and Khuzestan, Sabzevar Cement and Sobhan Investment Company suffered the biggest decline.
