Performance of Iran’s gold & currency markets on Oct. 2

Gold coin was traded at 12,416,000 rials (about $317.2 according to the currency rate in free market) on Monday in Iran.
According to data on the website of the Tehran Gold and Jewelry Union, one gram of the 18-karat gold priced at 1,205,000 rials (about $30.7).
According to the country’s real-time data sharing system, SANA, euro valued 46,425 rials in the free market gaining 68 rials compared to Thursday. The Central Bank of Iran put the official rate of euro at 39,837 rials.
The US dollar in the free market added seven rials to stand at 39,135 rials. The CBI put the official rate for the greenback at 33,834 rials.
