The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for March 13:
Export floor: Offers 42,650 tons of bitumen and sulfur.
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 111,150 tons of bitumen and vacuum bottom feed stock as well as 45,463 tons of polymers.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 101,300 tons of steel sheets from Mobarakeh Steel Company, 500 tons of 1000 lb aluminum ingots, 370 tons of aluminium billets as well as 6,530 tons of aluminium alloy ingots, 14,500 tons of iron beam, 20 kilograms of gold bullion and 50 Cerato passenger cars.
Agriculture floor: Offers 372,000 day-old chicks, 12,400 tons of wheat, 5,350 tons of sugar, 2,100 tons of crude vegetable oil and 500 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 151 tons of metal scrap and 2,000 tons of palm oil as well as 200 tons of frozen meet and 17 tons of split pea.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
