The Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order has made significant contributions to construction, oil, information technology and agriculture, and therefore, we want to start developing nanotechnology and create a fund, ILNA reported citing the Executive Director of the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order Mohammad Mokhber's speech after reviewing the 11th nano-technology exhibition.
The nanotechnology will play a key role in the future, he added.
Paying attention to this sector creates job opportunities, as well as prevents energy loss.
“Therefore, the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order decided that we should take steps to expand this sector,” he said.
According to the chairman of the Execution of Imam Khomeini's Order, it was decided to establish about $119 million fund and support the idea of nanotechnology, said the report.
