By Elnur Baghishov - Trend:
In the third month of the current Iranian year (started March 21), Iran's daily processing of raw oil and gas condensates reached 2.15 million barrels, Iran's Deputy Oil Minister for Oil Products Distribution and Refining Affairs Alireza Sadeghabadi said, Trend reports referring to the website of the country's National Oil Refining & Distribution Company.
The deputy minister noted that, in the Iranian year before last (March 21, 2017-March 20, 2018), Iran processed 1.55 million barrels of oil and gas condensates on daily basis.
He added that this figure will reach 2.5 million barrels by the end of the current Iranian year.
The US sanctions imposed on Iran hinder Iran's oil exports, therefore the country allocates 850,000 barrels of raw oil and gas condensates for processing on daily basis and achieves good results, according to the deputy minister.
