The Iranian Petropars Operation and Management Company (POMC) has won the tender for the operation and management of the 14th phase of the refinery at the South Pars Gas Complex, executive director of the company Hamidrza Masudi said.
The pre-commissioning process includes operational control, commissioning, start-up, function control and rapid production, Masudi added, Trend reports referring to the company’s website.
Masudi added that one of the key issues for POMC is to protect the staff.
Along with all issues related to the tender, the company will focus on other projects too, he said.
Earlier, POMC was involved in the operations within the 12th phase of the South Pars Gas Complex, the 19th phase and the Shahid Hasheminejad Gas Processing Plant.
After the commissioning of the 14th phase of the South Pars Gas Complex, 56.6 million cubic meters of gas, 75,000 barrels of gas condensate, 1.05 million tons of propane and butane liquefied gas, 1 million tons of ethane gas, 400 tons of sulfur will be produced daily.
