Iran is trying to increase its oil revenues through various means, Governor of Iran’s Central Bank (CBI) Abdolnaser Hemmati wrote in his Instagram account, Trend reports.
According to him, the increase in exports of oil products and non-oil products (in addition to exports of oil) is also on the agenda.
He added that the emergence of stability in the Iranian market is considered a success.
Hemmati went on to say that besides the government's programs, there has been a growing hope for the improvement of economic conditions compared to the previous 6 months, thanks to the strong will of producers and efforts to boost domestic production.
The US imposed sanctions on Iran in November 2018 and subsequently expanded the list of sanctions, a move which has created difficulties for the Iranian economy.
