During the four months (March 21-July 22) of this Iranian year (started March 21, 2019), licenses for the creation of 8,355 projects in the industrial sector have been issued in Iran, Trend reports referring to the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade.
The number of licenses increased by 24.1 percent compared to the same period last year (when licenses for 6,731 projects were issued).
In addition, 1,910 operating licenses were issued during the reporting period, which is a 16.5 percent increase compared to the same period last year (when 1,640 operating licenses were issued).
