TEHRAN, Iran, April.12
Trend:
Additional and excessive regulations that created obstacles for production in Iran should be removed to improve and expand production, said member of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA).
"Such obstacles as foreign currency rate fluctuation, labour law, production and technical problems, export market, training human resources and new regulations effected production in recent years," said Abolfazl Roghani, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"Annoying regulations that prevent production development should be removed and could be the first step to improve production," he said.
"Currently there is a need to reform work place atmosphere, facilitating business and permits and fight corruption," he said.
"These additional regulations should be reduced to a minimum and role of monitoring should be increased, helping push Iran's products into international markets," he said.
"Stock exchange problem is another obstacle and the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran should set commodity price to facilitate demand and supply of basic material and commodity but, however, in the current situation sudden decisions have inflamed the market," he said.
Roghani said the participation of the private sector in decision making could help implement regulations for production and commodity supply.
"It could also help monitor the situation on the market," he said.
