Lease agreements would be extended for one more year while the housing loan would also increase by approval of the National Headquarters of Coronavirus Control, said Minister of Road and Urban Development.
The National Headquarters of Coronavirus Control has approved house rental agreements would be extended for one more year due to continuing Coronavirus situation, said Mohammad Eslami, Trend reports citing Tasnim News Agency.
The Ministry of Road and Urban Development plan changes in conditions of extension for a lease agreement that approved by the economic committee and would be discussed in the National Headquarters of Coronavirus Control and its result would be announced soon.
"The new decisions of the National Headquarters of Coronavirus Control would be implemented after approval in coming meeting," he noted.
The instructions of the National Headquarters of Coronavirus Control indicate that an eviction order would not be issued for tenants and house owners can not seek for eviction order without certain conditions meanwhile tenants should comply with the proprietor's rights.
