38 large economic projects with an investment of $360 million were inaugurated in the form of a virtual conference with the Iranian President's order in the Aras Free Zone.
The main project was the opening of the Aras Khodro Diesel Factory, Trend reports citing IRNA.
The Aras Khodro Co. is a lethal producer, which has been opened with an investment of $1.6 million and employment of 130 people.
Another project including a commercial complex with an investment of $34,000 and employment of 52 people, was opened today on Tuesday.
The CEO of Aras Free Zone Organization delivered his speech during the virtual opening ceremony today.
At the inauguration ceremony of Aras Free Investment Projects, Mohsen Nariman said that out of 38 inaugural projects of Aras Free Zone by the order of the President, 4 percent of investments have been made by Aras Free Zone Organization and 96 percent by the private sector.
The CEO of Aras Free Zone Organization announced that 663 people will be employed via these 38 projects.
