At least 30 people were killed and injured in a passenger bus accident in Iran 's northern Mazandaran province, Iran 's Tasnim news agency reported April 21.
The incident took place near the Iranian city of Firouzkouh at 08:30 local time (GMT +4:30 hours) due to mechanical failure in the braking system of the bus.
The bus was in route from Mazandaran to Tehran.
Authorities have identified 11 bodies so far, Ali Nabian, deputy governor of Mazandaran province said.
The road was reopened for traffic 1.5 hours after the accident.
