AMF invites external auditor for three years

Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund (AMF), operating under the Central Bank, invited an external auditor to conduct an audit of financial reports according to the totals of 2012-2014, an AMF report published in official press on Tuesday, stated.

The participation fee of the tender is 500 manat.

Provision of the following documents is required for participation in the tender:

A written request to participate in the tender and bank document confirming the payment of the participation fee.A tender offer which has to be in force until April 1, 2013,

A document to confirm legal status and work experience,

A bank guarantee for the amount of one per cent of the total bid value (eligible till April 1 2013),

A certificate from the tax authorities that there are no overdue obligations in the implementation of tax and other compulsory payments and a bank reference on the company's financial status for the last year of activity.

In addition an applicant must provide information on experience in the audit field, including technical facilities. Auditors who are involved in the provision of services must have three years' experience in the audit of the central banks in different countries and have knowledge in the field of national and international accounting and tax laws. Foreign experts with international experience may be involved in audit.

Bids and a bank guarantee are accepted till 18:00 on December 24.

Other documents should be submitted no later than 18:00 on December 13. The envelopes will be opened at 15:00 on December 25 in the administrative building of the AMF at Baku, Bul-Bul Av., 40.

The Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund was established as a state organisation in September 2005 by decree of the President of Azerbaijan. Its charter was approved by a separate presidential decree in December 2005. The main purpose of the AMF is to create mechanisms of finance in connection with the provision of housing for citizens of Azerbaijan through long term funding and attracting domestic and foreign investment into mortgage financing.

CNPC announces tender in Turkmenistan

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has announced a tender to provide services on purchase, construction and start-up work on evaporation basin of sewage and reservoir for oil sludge for gas processing plant No.1 in contract area Bagtiyarlyk (Turkmenistan).

Any interested company may submit an application to participate in the tender with the following information and documentation.

- Information about participant (including information about the company, organizational structure, key personnel documentation, registration information of company / registration documents, power of attorney, permit for this type of activity, current working efficiency);

- work experience in Central Asian region;

- financial condition for the last three years.

Deadline for applications - within three days after publication of tender information.

Turkmenistan extends tender to purchase pipes and special equipment

Nebitgazhyzmat Closed Joint Stock Company of Turkmenistan announces about extending tender to purchase the following products for the national currency.

Lot No.1 - pipes and metal-roll;

Lot No.2 - all-factory, processing, drilling equipment;

Lot No.3 - electrical and building materials;

Lot No.6 - other products.
