The opposition forces did not provoke the March 1 events, Artak Zakaryan, a Council member, Republican Party of Armenia (RPA), told journalists.
"The recent years are a sufficient period for both sides to realize that they should not provoke clashes. It may cause social tension," he added, Tert.am reported.
As regards the dialogue, the RPA is ready for it without any "absurd preconditions, agenda or calls." "The government is implementing reforms that produce positive results. So the authorities have no problems with resuming the dialogue," he said.
