Yerevan city administration took into account the notification of authorized leader of Raffi Hovhannisyan's opposition movement "Revolution of Greeting" Armen Martirosyan about holding rallies in Liberty Square from April 18-24, Armenia Today reported.
According to Yerevan city administration's official website, the rallies will be held from 11:00 to 23:00 from April 18-24.
Earlier, the city administration took into account the notification about the rallies in Liberty Square from April 1-17. The rallies can be held from 15:00 to 20:00 on April 1-3, from 15:00 to 21:00 on April 4-6 and from 11:00 to 23:00 on April 7-17.
Presidential elections were held in Armenia on February 18. According to the official results, the incumbent President Serzh Sargsyan won the presidential elections with 58.64 percent of the votes. Raffi Hovannisian ranked second with 36.74 percent.
