Armenian PM resigns

Hovik Abrahamyan, Armenian prime minister, resigned, Interfax reported Sept. 8.
“We need new approaches,” Abrahamyan said at a Cabinet of Ministers meeting commenting on his resignation. “We must think about the future and form a new government.”
Abrahamyan also had a farewell meeting with the members of the Cabinet of Ministers Sept. 7.
