Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan informed in a press-conference in Yerevan that the resolution of the GUAM (regional organization among Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Moldova) on unsettled conflicts in the CIS has been not presented to the UN General Assembly. The text of the resolution is under current consideration by the member-states.
During the meeting with Ban Ki Mun, the UN Secretary General, Armenia depictured all the negative aspects of the resolution that will occur in case it is included into the agenda of the meetings.
"As to the GUAM's intention to concentrate the attention of the UN member-states on the unsettled conflicts, it is possible without adoption of resolutions," Oskanyan said.
Oskanyan stressed that there are neither identical conflicts nor the universal solution to them. "The way of settlement of Kosovo conflict, for instance, cannot be applied in Nagorno-Karabakh. It is not realistic," he said
