Georgia, Tbilisi, 11 February / Trend corr N. Kirtskhalia/ In 2007, Georgia had the most active communication with Azerbaijan. According to the Georgian Border Police, 281,620 Azerbaijani citizens entered Georgia and 279,500 left the country in 2007.
Ukraine takes second place. In 2007, 248,028 Ukrainian citizens entered the country and 246,346 left the country.
Turkey occupied third place with 243,633 entering and 243,240 leaving.
The number of Russian citizens who entered Georgia in 2007 totalled 91,361 and those who left the country totalled 85,671.
Last year Citizens from 24 countries visited the country.
