Georgia, Tbilisi, Dec. 12 /corr. Trend N.Kirtskhalia / The Russian troops again seized the village of Perevi of the Sachkher region of Georgia, the Foreign Minister of Georgia,
Grigol Vashadze, said to journalists this evening.
According to him, now Russian servicemen occupy the same positions as in the
daytime by the withdrawal from the village.
"The state, which assumes certain obligations, must not behave so
irresponsibly. Population is again forced to leave the village after they
already returned to it, when in the daytime the Russian troops left," said
Vashadze.
He could not explain why Russian servicemen returned to the
village.
"This is armed clownery by Russia," he said.
